Refund Policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items I will not accept returns. Thank you!

Lost Parcel Policy: In the event of a lost parcel, please contact me as soon as possible so we might come to an arrangement on an individual basis. I retain proof of postage for every order I send.
