Refund Policy:

Every item available for purchase is personalised for a specific buyer. For this reason refunds are not possible once your item is being made ready during wear time. If you do change your mind and let me know at least 24 hours before the wear time for your item, a full refund will be given.

Lost Parcel Policy:
Any lost packages should be reported immediately. I cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit. Should items not arrive, I will make a claim from the service provider. If you are worried about packages being lost, I recommend that you request tracking. I will happily replace items lost in the mail if tracking proves they weren't delivered. I always keep proof of postage. If you select 'tracked delivery' I will send you the tracking number by email.
